TaxLeopard is gone.
Frly is live.

TaxLeopard went into liquidation in December 2025. If you used it to lodge your BAS, you need a new option. Frly is open, agent-backed, and costs $79.

Q4 BAS (April–June 2026) is due 28 July. As a registered agent's client, you get until approximately 22 August. Sign up today to lock in the extended deadline.

What happened to TaxLeopard

TaxLeopard entered voluntary liquidation on 5 December 2025 and is permanently shut down. Airtax, which TaxLeopard acquired in 2023, went with it. Both are gone.

The good news: the ATO holds your lodgement history independently of any app. Your past BAS records are safe in myGov. Log in and they're all there. What you've lost is the tool. You need a new one.

What is Frly?

Frly is a registered BAS lodgement service built specifically for Australian gig workers: Uber and DiDi drivers, DoorDash and Menulog couriers, Amazon Flex, and anyone earning through gig platforms. You answer a few plain-English questions about your income and expenses, Frly calculates your BAS, and a TPB-authorised registered BAS agent lodges it directly with the ATO. Cost: $79 per quarter, or $259/year for all four. No accountant, no tax forms, done in about 9 minutes on your phone.
